Documentation Review
Next, we carefully review your plans, drawings, and approvals to ensure every detail is accounted for and aligned with your expectations.
STEP 03
Budgeting & Estimates
We prepare a preliminary budget estimate, followed by a detailed Quantity Surveyor estimate and trade quotes. This ensures you have complete clarity on costs before moving forward.
STEP 04
Contracts & Insurance
Once the scope is confirmed, we finalise your contract and insurance. This step gives you confidence and security knowing everything is in place before construction begins.
STEP 05
Site Handover
Next, we carefully review your plans, drawings, and approvals to ensure every detail is accounted for and aligned with your expectations.
STEP 06
Construction & Communication
During the build, we provide weekly updates and hold regular site meetings. We also conduct fortnightly meetings with you and your architect, ensuring everyone is aligned.
STEP 07
Completion & Handover
As the project nears completion, we perform a professional final clean so your home is move-in ready. At handover, we provide all certificates and compliance documentation so you can rest assured that everything is complete, safe, and fully documented.
STEP 08
Ongoing Support & Guarantee
Our relationship doesn’t end at handover. Every JDW project is backed by our exclusive 24-month Maintenance Guarantee. We stay by your side to ensure your home continues to perform beautifully for years to come.
