Our STORY
Founded by Jeremy Watson, JDW Construction was built on a love for carpentry, heritage restoration, and bringing timeless character into modern homes.
From a young age, Jeremy was fascinated by carpentry and the art of building. Inspired by his father and growing up in a family of tradespeople, Jeremy turned his passion for timber into a career focused on creating high-quality homes and renovations.
Over the years, Jeremy’s love for building evolved into a dedication to renovations, heritage homes, and custom projects that combine timeless character with modern craftsmanship. He founded JDW Construction with one goal: to create homes that families can enjoy for generations.

Site Supervisor
Adam brings strong leadership and organisation to the day-to-day management of our projects. He is responsible for coordinating trades, maintaining schedules, and ensuring that every stage of the build runs smoothly. Adam’s proactive approach helps keep projects on time and on budget.

Site Supervisor
Josh plays a key role in overseeing works on-site, managing trades, and making sure the highest level of craftsmanship is maintained throughout the build. His background in carpentry and construction gives him a practical edge, allowing him to spot details others might miss.

Contracts & Insurance
With the scope confirmed and costs agreed, we finalise your contract and insurance. This step gives you the peace of mind that everything is documented and secure, setting the foundation for a smooth and worry-free construction journey.

Site Handover
On day one of construction, we welcome you on site for a handover meeting. Here, we set expectations, walk you through the process, and introduce you to the team who will bring your project to life.
Step 06
Construction & Communication
This is where your vision takes shape. During construction, we keep you fully informed with weekly updates and progress photos, as well as regular site meetings. We also hold fortnightly meetings with you and your architect to ensure alignment. Behind the scenes, our team conducts ongoing OH&S reviews and detailed quality control checklists at every stage.
Step 07
Completion & Handover
As we near completion, we carry out a professional final clean so your home is ready to enjoy from day one. At handover, we provide all certificates and compliance documentation, ensuring that every detail has been completed to our exacting standards.

Ongoing Support & Guarantee
